Robin Neifield
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Strategist

Robin co-founded NetPlus in 1996 with partner Denise Zimmerman.

Because of her hands-on nature, we don't often find Robin in her corner office because clients and staff are continually tapping her expertise and online savvy that comes from years in the trenches. From one of the web's first affiliate networks for a travel wholesaler in '1994, to strategizing with one of the world's largest consumer package goods manufacturer today, Robin's leadership has guided the agency from its foundation in e-commerce to an award-winning full-service online agency.

She is a frequent speaker at national industry events, including ad:tech, Search Engine Strategies, Internet.com, and is regularly quoted by business and internet journals on topics from email strategy to online advertising response rates.

Robin holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.


Denise Zimmerman
Co-founder, President, Chief Strategy Officer

Denise co-founded NetPlus with Robin Neifield in 1996 to provide companies with strategic expertise while establishing best practices in online marketing, then a fledgling industry.

Since then, her refreshingly innovative and effective strategies have earned NetPlus its place as a recognized industry leader. We continually depend on Denise's expertise for clients large, small, and everywhere in between.

When she isn't developing strategy for our consumer product goods, B2B, entertainment, or social media clients, (to name just a few), she's contributing her thought leadership and inspiration for national industry organizations such as shop.org, iMedia, and the Direct Marketing Association.

From Twitter to e-commerce, from search engine optimization to pay per click, from her recent Vegas wedding to her funky but oh-so-cool office, the only thing that's not surprising about Denise is that her ideas work.

Dave Larkins
Vice President of Marketing

In Dave Larkins, NetPlus is proud to have a Vice President of Marketing who brings as much value to our clients as he does to the inner-workings of our full-service digital agency.

Dave knows how to listen and instinctually translates your concerns and objectives into easily understood strategic working briefs to hand off to who's next: research, strategy, creative, tech, or media. Dave has led the development of successful and innovative online marketing programs for clients across a diverse set of industries - CPG, Retail, Insurance, Entertainment, and Banking. And, with a long background in eCommerce, affinity marketing, and technology, he has a sophisticated understanding of our clients' quite complex marketing and technological challenges.

Dave treats our clients and potential clients to thoughtful collaboration, discussing the most efficient and unique ways to achieve goals, uncovering untapped potential behind brands, and direct steps on how to get there.

Dave is one big reason why NetPlus prospects quickly turn into NetPlus clients. And then into NetPlus fans.

Dave earned a B.S. in International Business from King's College, and has completed graduate work in Drexel University's MBA Program.


Richard Clifford
Vice President of Client Services

Richard expertise comes from years of building businesses from Fortune 100 corporations to start-ups. 15 years of agency, marketing services, and consulting experience, and an equal amount of time on the client side in consumer package goods (Colgate-Palmolive and Kraft) and B2B round out his credentials. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills are balanced by a great passion for creativity and innovation.

As VP of Client Service, Richard drives development and execution of programs designed to meet current and anticipated needs of NetPlus clients. Richard earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and a B.A in Government from Cornell University.


John Shanley
Creative Director

A seasoned creative talent, John effectively translates marketing challenges into innovative, online B2B and B2C solutions for national and regional brands. As creative director, he is responsible for developing NetPlus' creative talent and resources, and bringing his expertise to the development of innovative sites and campaigns that stand out in a media-saturated environment.

John and his creative staff are idea people, working within the continuously dynamic landscape that is the Web. Their creative palette is limitless and they thrive on the challenge of getting maximum return on investment. Every assignment, be it social media, email messaging, games, rich media, site design, video or viral campaign, is approached with imagination, skill, reasoning, and experience.

Prior to joining NetPlus, Mr. Shanley was creative director at G2 interactive where he worked with Campbell's, Merck and M&M's. He earned an M.A. in Creative Writing and taught at Boston University.


Anna Vaughan
Director of Administration

If you are lucky enough to work in a business with heart there is often someone who personifies that approach - for NetPlus that is Annie.

Our Director of Administration has decades of experience running complex office operations in both large and small business and handles everything at the agency from HR to accounting, procurement and payroll with professionalism, precision, timeliness and good humor.

Annie has been with NetPlus for over 8 years and each year the Annie Fan Club membership grows and includes staff, clients, vendors, the mailman, the FedEx guy and everyone who walks through our doors.

Annie received her Professional Human Resources certification in December of 2007.
